At the conclusion of the team building sessions participants will be able to identify the different types of teams and where they are most appropriate, understand how teams function and what makes them effective / ineffective, learn how to assess teams and improve their performance, gain skills for designing high-performance work teams, appreciate stages of team development and the leadership needed for each stage, understand how to involve teams in decision making, learn how to design and manage cross-function teams, gain skills for leading team meetings, explain the five determinants of effective team decisions, and clearly demonstrate the ability to define and model appropriate behaviors.
