We are a one-stop shop for Human Resources consulting and, Human Capital development services.  We offer total business solutions in the areas of training and development, human resources administration and infrastructure design, compensation planning, succession planning, benefits program design and administration, employee and executive assessment and coaching, Organizational Development interventions, and talent acquisition. Onyx through its affiliate, People Onesource, also provides PEO services (Professional Employer Organization) for business who wish to cost effectively out source their human resources and benefit and payroll administration functions.
 

Onyx has no boiler plate solutions and we know that one size does not fit all. We begin with the goal of creating our clients vision of their world and carefully craft the interventions to reflect that image.
