History

The ONYX Partners began working on the idea of Onyx in 2006, after becoming aware of a huge gap in the services that organizations were seeking from Human Resources Consulting firms versus what existing firms were offering. The value proposition and the scope of services were missing. We knew we could provide the expertise sought in a variety of Human Resources and Employee development areas at a superior level. Consequently, we began legally operating as Onyx Global HR LLC in May of 2008.

While Onyx as an entity has been around a short period of time, our member Partners have very extensive backgrounds and experiences covering decades. In fact, we have all been practicing as consultants for many years now. The firms we founded; HRC Consultants, Sullivan International, Paradigm Systems LLC, MW Consultants, and Paladin Consulting Services, Inc. have served a broad spectrum of clients from individuals to Fortune 500 companies and represent many years of specialized knowledge and competencies. Onyx Partners are not only experts in human resources and human capital development; but also know how to forge great partnerships with clients to get maximum results.
